It shuffles through all the experiences of the day and searches for clues and hints about our lives. About where we are now and where we want to get to. Our dreams help us make sense of our lives. They are a dramatic space where we are not restriced, where we can live out our wishes and desires. Our dreams take us beyond our day to day lives and into a world of our imagination. You may be wondering why I am focusing on dreams when I am here to write about coaching. I believe that one of the main jobs of a coach is to work with you to bring your dreams into reality. I want to work with you to harness your wonderful imagination and to support you in moving from 'here' to 'there' |
